Conventional machining
Our conventional machining department combines manual turning and milling, offering a flexible and efficient solution for jobs requiring precision, adaptability and specialized human intervention.
Thanks to the expertise of our skilled machinists, we produce custom parts and adjustments with direct control over each operation. This type of machining is particularly well-suited to unique projects, rapid modifications, and parts requiring precise adjustments during manufacturing.
Our conventional department allows the machining of parts ranging from microscopic to large format.

OUR SERVICES
High-precision industrial boring. For parts weighing up to 5 tons. Fitting, correction and finishing of mechanical assemblies with tight tolerances and perfect alignments, on new parts as well as on components to be refurbished.

Large format CNC milling. Table up to 3m × 2m.
Surface machining, contouring, drilling and complex geometries on large parts. Our CNC equipment ensures consistent precision and tight tolerances, for both single parts and series production.
CNC Milling
Precision CNC turning. Up to Ø 660 mm × 1016 mm. Turning, threading, internal boring and high-quality finishing on cylindrical parts and shafts, single pieces or series.
CNC Turning
Welding and welded fabrication of custom industrial components. Assembly of steel, stainless steel or aluminum structures and frames by qualified welders, for robust and durable components.
